Türk Otomotiv Yan Sanayiinde Kalite Eğitiminin Etkinliğinin Ölçülmesi

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türk otomotiv yan sanayiinde kalite eğitiminin etkinliğinin ölçülmesidir. Çalışmada Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) ve ISO 9000 kalite belgesi kapsamında örgüt çalışanlarına verilen eğitimin etkinliğini araştırmak için eğitimin örgütsel açıdan yarattığı sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Avrupa Birliği Otomotiv Yan Sanayi Derneği'nin (CEPA) üyesi olan Taşıt Araçları Yan Sanayii Derneği'ne (TAYSAD) üye 133 firma araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Alan araştırmasından elde edilen veriler t testi, Ki-kare testi ve Lojistik regresyon analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularından çalışanlara verilen kalite eğitiminin örgütte olumlu değişmeler sağladığı ve Türk otomotiv yan sanayi firmalarının kalite felsefesini yerleştirmeye yönelik bir kalite eğitim programını büyük ölçüde gerçekleştirdikleri görülmüştür.

Measuring the Efficiency of Quality Training in Turkish Automotive Suppliers

The purpose of this research is to measure the efficiency of quality training in Turkish automotive suppliers. To assess the efficiency of employee training on Total Quality Management (TQM) and ISO 9000 certificate, organizational outcomes of the training programme were examined. The sample consisted of 133 member firms to the Vehicle Suppliers Association (TAYSAD) which was also a member to the European Union Automotive Suppliers (CEPA). The data obtained from a field survey was analysed using t and chi-square tests and logistic regression. It is concluded from the findings of the research that quality training of employees resulted in positive changes within the organization and that the Turkish automotive suppliers have to a large extent been successful in launching a quality training programme for the adoption of quality philosophy.
