TKY'de Karar Almaya Katılımın ve Örgütsel Bağlılığın Kişisel Performansa Etkisi

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, örgütsel bağlılık ve karar almaya katılımın kişisel performansa olan etkisinin incelenmesidir. Toplam kalite yönetimi içinde karar almaya katılım ve bağlılık önemli unsurlardır. Müşteri odaklı bir yaklaşım olan TKY’de karar almaya katılım ve bağlılığın kişisel performansı etkilemesi beklenebilir. Çalışma 54 işletmenin orta ve üst düzey yöneticilerinden toplanan 62 adet anketle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hipotezlerin test edilmesi için SPSS programıyla regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre yöneticilerin karar almaya katılımı normatif bağlılığı etkilemektedir. Diğer taraftan yine yöneticilerin normatif bağılılığı ve karar almaya katılımı kişisel performansı etkilemektedir.
