A Study on Kazakh Academicians’ information technology acceptance

Eğitim ile ilgili rekabet üstünlüğünde başarının temel araçlarından biri haline gelen “bilgi teknoloji (IT)” leri, kullanıcı teknoloji kabulünün anlaşılmasını önemli hale getirmiştir.. IT yatırımı ve uygulamalarında yapılan hatalar istenmeyen örgütsel çıktılara yol açmaktadır. Bireyin kabul sürecinde IT’lerini kullanma eğilimini etkileyen faktörlerin etki derecelerinin daha iyi anlaşılması muhtemel görünen ve görünmeyen kayıpların önlenmesine yardımcı olabilecektir. Bu araştırma “Subjektif Norm (SN)” ve “Kolaylaştırıcı Şartlar (FC)” değişkenleriyle genişletilmiş TAM’ın yeni bir versiyonunun Kazak Akademisyenler bağlamında geçerliliğini onaylamaya çalışmıştır. Sonuçlar, TAM’ın genişletilmiş bu yeni versiyonunun, teknoloji kabulü araştırma alanına katkıda bulunurken, yöneticilerin eğitimle ilgili IT yatırım ve uygulamaları konusundaki stratejik kararlarını uygun bir şekilde yürürlüğe sokmalarını kolaylaştırabileceğini göstermektedir. Diğer yandan model daha yüksek bir tahmin gücüne ulaşmak için geliştirilmeye açıktır.
