Türk siyasal hayatı krizlerle doludur. Belirli aralıklarla siyasal sistem krize girmekte ve krizden çıkış için çeşitli yöntemler uygulanmaktadır. Sürekli tekrarladığı dikkate alındığında, krizlerin iyi analiz edilmediği ortaya çıkmaktadır. İktidarlar, genellikle krizden kaçınma ve krizi aşma politikası uygulamaktadırlar. Bu politika, sistemin belirli bir süre yürümesine yardımcı olsa da, krizlerin tekrarlamasına engel olamamaktadır. Asıl yapılması gereken ise, krizin kalıcı olarak çözülmesidir. Krizin çözülmesi de krize yol açan aktörlerin iyi analiz edilmesiyle mümkündür. Çalışmada kriz yönetimine değinildikten sonra, Türk siyasal krizinde rol oynayan aktörler ve faktörler incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede sorunların kaynağını insandan çok sistemde aramanın yararlı olacağı tezi işlenmiştir.

It is a well-known fact that the crises are in the Turkish political life are abound and the Turkish political life faces crises at certain intervals. The fact that crises have become a common feature of the Turkish political life raises the doubt that they have not been dealt properly. Governments usually follow a policy of neglecting and managing crises fort he time being. Although, this kind of policy helps the system continue for a period of time, it can not prevent crises to emerge again. The important point is to find a lasting solution to crises. This in turn requires a through analysis of the factors which create crises. The present work, firstly, focuses on crises management, and then deals with the actors and factors which are responsible for the crises in the Turkish political life. It is argued that the main reason for the problems is not, as the latest presidency crises has aptly shown, human factor but the system itself.
