Bu çalışmada dünyada giderek artan kentsel yoksulluk problemine değinilmektedir. Konunun kavramsal çerçevesi, kentsel uyumsuzluğun sebepleri ve ortaya çıkardığı yansımalar, Türkiye’nin en büyük metropolü olan İstanbul bağlamında ele alınmaktadır.

This study deals with, a major and increasing problem all over the world: poverty. Having laid on the conceptual framework of the subject, the reasons and consequences of urban mal adaptation are examined within the special context of Istanbul, the largest metropolitan area in Turkey.
