Türkiye’de bankasürans uygulamaları ve türk banka ve sigorta sektörlerine dinamik etkileri

Bankasürans uygulamaları tüm dünyada hızla gelişmektedir. Ülkemizde de durum bundan farklı değildir. Bankasüransın bankaların karlılıklarını, sigorta şirketlerinin ise hem prim üretimlerini hem de karlılıklarını arttırdığı ifade edilmesine karşın, buna dair somut bilimsel bulgular elde yoktur. Bu çalışmada, bankasüransın Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren banka ve sigorta şirketlerinin performanslarına olan etkileri deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Dinamik panel veri tekniklerinin kullanıldığı ekonometrik analizin sonuçları, Türkiye’deki bankasürans uygulamalarının bankaların ve sigorta şirketlerinin karlılıklarını arttırdığı yönündedir.

Bancassurance applications in turkey and its dynamic effects of turkish banking and ınsurance sectors

Bancassurance applications is developing rapidly all over the world. The situation is no different in Turkey. Although bancassurance is expressed that increase premiums and profitability of insurance companies and also increase profitability of banks, there is no concrete scientific findings on it. In this study, was investigated empirically the effects bancassurance on the profitability of banks and insurance companies currently operating in Turkey. The results of the econometric analysis using dynamic panel data techniques show bancassurance practices increase profitability of both insurance companies and banks in Turkey.
