PSİKOLOJİK SÖZLEŞME İHLALİ VE DUYGUSAL EMEK İLİŞKİSİ: SAĞLIK SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA
Bu araştırmanın amacı, psikolojik sözleşme ihlali ile duygusal emek davranışı arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda araştırma, Balıkesir'in Bandırma, Erdek ve Marmara ilçelerindeki Acil Sağlık Hizmetleri İstasyonlarında çalışan 118 kişi üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışanların psikolojik sözleşme ihlali algıları ve duygusal emek davranışları anket yöntemi ile ölçülmüştür. Veriler, frekans analizi, güvenilirlik analizi, normallik testi, korelasyon ve regresyon yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre, psikolojik sözleşme ihlali algısı duygusal emek ve duygusal emeğin yüzeysel davranış, derin davranış ve gerçek duygular alt boyutlarını anlamlı düzeyde etkilememektedir. Çalışmanın sonunda, sonuçlar yorumlanıp, tartışılmıştır.
The Relationship of Psychological Contract Breach and Emotional Labor: A Research on the Health Sector
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between psychological contract breach and emotional labor behavior. In this context, the research was carried out on 118 people working in the Emergency Health Services Sitations in Bandirma, Erdek and Marmara districts of Balıkesir. The psychological contract breach perceptions and emotional labor behaviors of employees is measured through the questionnaire method. The datas were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, normality test, correlation and regression analysis methods. The results indicate that psychological contract breach perception does not significantly affect emotional labor and surface acting, deep acting and genuine emotions sub-dimensions of emotional labor. At the end of the research, the results were interpreted and discussed.
