With their warm atmospheres, authentic designs, unusual artitecture, and high-quality private services, boutique hotels are popular as accommodation facilities meeting the demands of tourists-especially in the upper income class-who would like to stay in authentic hotels. The aim of this study is to assess the butique hotel concept, qualification and service perception of employees in the butique-style hotels in Nevşehir, and to determine whether there is difference in these perceptions according to their demographic characteristics. A questionnaire composed of three parts is developed and conducted on the employees in butique-style accommodations businesses. In this study, it is found out that although the perceptions of the employees about the services and qualification of butique hotels are quite high, their perceptions about the concept of butique hotel are rather low. Perceptions do not differ in gender, age, level of education, service period and tourism education; however, they differ in the perceptions of executives and workers’ butique hotel concept, qualification and services
