Yağ Asitlerinin Balıkların Büyüme ve Stres Toleransına Etkileri / The Effects of Fatty Acids on Growth and Stress Tolerance of Fish

ÖZET: Balıklarda toplam yağ ve yağ asiti kompozisyonu çevre şartlarına (sıcaklık ve rakım gibi), suyun fiziksel, kimyasal ve biyolojik koşullarına (tuzluluk, bulanıklık, pH, sertlik, fitoplankton, zooplankton çeşitliliği ve yoğunluğu gibi) bağlı olarak değişmektedir. Yetiştiricilikte başarı bu değişimin boyutları ve sınırları ile birlikte stres toleransının bilinmesi ve uygulanmasına bağlıdır. Önemi dolayısıyla bu derleme makalesinde yerli ve yabancı kaynaklar taranarak konunun olabildiğince bütün boyutları üzerinde durulmuştur.   Anahtar kelimeler: Balık, yağ asidi, stres, büyüme.     ABSTRACT: Total lipid and fatty acid composition in fish are affected by environmental condition (temparature and altitude etc.), physical, chemical and biological properties of water such as salinity, turbidity, pH, hardness, variety and density of phytoplankton and zooplankton. Success in fish breeding depend on both size and border of these changes and recognition and application of stress tolence of fish. Therefore, in this review, national and international literatures about relationships between fatty acids and stress tolerace in fish were searched and all details were given as much as possible.   Key Words: Fish, fatty acid, stress, growth.
