ÇORUH VE ARAS HAVZASI ALABALIKLARI ÜZERİNDE BİYO-EKOLOJiK ARAŞTIRMALAR

Ayrıca balıklarm toksonnmik dU5'uml&rmada kısaca yer ve'rilerek bu hususta literatürden aı çok far!<·lı neticele're varılmış bulunmaktadır.A BIO - ECOLOGICAL STUDY ON TROUT IN ARASAND ÇORUH RIVERS BASINSAras and Çoruh rivers are inthe Eastern Black Sea Regions ofTurkey respectively. The total rain- fall' area of both river basirıs iiapproximately SO.OOO km2 •. The' for'lowing conclusionshave been reached in this study:- Taxonomicaııy;aL Only Salmo trutta 1. troutvariety has been found Inbouth basins.b) in Çoruh Basin s.t. labraxand s. t. magrostigmasub - varieties (mostly theformer) and their crossbredapacies have beenfound.c) In Aras Basin, s. t. caspiusand s. t. magrobtigma subvarieties(mostly the former)have been found.2 - Ecologically;Mor than 60 streams havebeen investigated in this study.Several characteristics such asthe amount of water, temperature,and the sllope of the streamp bedshave been examined.Condition factor K. which indicatesthe feeding capacity of thestreams has been determined as0,0129 for the area covered in thisstudy. (weig~t and lenght weretaken in gr. and cm. respectively incomputing the K. faktor.)On the othı;ır hand, logaritmicregression equations that are usedto indicate the feeding capasity ofthe streams, as weLL as the growthrates of fjsh by age have been determinedand it has been found thatthe Çoruh River Basin is in betlerconditiorı than the Aras Basin Regardingthe growth rate of fish byage and the (b) value io the' logaritmicregression equations' Thereason of this situation is that theelimate in Çoruh Basin is Milder,Therefore the conditions are betlerfor the fish in the basin to grow.
