ÖZETErzurum Atatürk Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi Çiftliğindeki elmaagaçlannda tesbit edılen bir phytoseiid akar Wainstein (USSR) tarafındanAmblydromella kazachstanicus olarak teşhis edilmiştir. Altı çiftanterior lateral ve dört çift'te posterior lateral seteae ihtiva edenAmblydromella genus'undaki bu tür nodosa tür grubu içinde bulunmaktadır.Haziran ayı içinde elma ağaçlarında görülen bu phytoseiidakar, agustos ve eylül ayı içinde kesif hale gelmekte ve Vasates sp. As presently recognised Amblydromellafemales of the genus are distinguishedby having four pairs of dOJsalsetae, two pairs of median setea, tenpairs of lateral setae and two pairs ofsublateral stae on the interscultalmembrane, In this genus, the nodosaspecİes g r o u p indudes alsoA.kazac.hstanicus. In June, thisphytoseiid mite· has been observedon apple foliage, while their highpopulation has been found in Augustand September and it seems to be predatorof Vasates sp.
