Psikolojik Sermayenin Performans Üzerindeki Etkisinde İş Aile Yayılımı ve Psikolojik İyi Oluşun Etkisi / The Role of Work Family Spillover and Psychological Well-Being on the Effect of Psychological Capital on Performance

Öz: Bu çalışmanın amacı, psikolojik sermayenin performans üzerindeki etkisinde iş

The aim of this study is to determine the role of work family spillover and psychologicalwell-being on the effect of psychological capital on performance. The data is collectedfrom 361 employees. The employees work as academician, doctor, nurse, police orbank employee in Tokat. The structural equation model is used to analyze data. Accordingto the results of this study psychological capital of individual affects performance significantly.Moreover it is determined that this effect is increased by the effect of positive andnegative work-family spillover and psychological well-being. In this study it is thought tomake contribution on literature and practitioners.
