Öğretmen Aktörlüğü: Mesleki Gelişimde Yeni Bir Eğilim

Öz Bu çalışmanın amacı, mesleki gelişimde yeni bir eğilim olan öğretmen aktörlüğü kavramını alan yazına dayalı olarak incelemektir. Araştırma, eğitim ile ilgili yeni bir kavram olan öğretmen aktörlüğüyle ilgili yerli ve ağırlıklı olarak yabancı alan yazın kapsamında, bu kavramın çerçevesini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırma kapsamında teacher agency anahtar kelimesiyle elde edilen bilimsel çalışmalar derlenerek analitik bir bakış açısıyla incelenmiş ve öğretmen aktörlüğü Türkçe karşılığıyla tanımı yapılmış, mesleki gelişim, öğretmen kimliği ve eğitim programlarının geliştirilmesi ve uygulanması başlıklarıyla ilişkileri ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmanın, henüz ülkemizde bilimsel araştırmalarda yer almamış olan öğretmen aktörlüğü kavramını tanıtması, araştırma ve uygulama aşamalarında öğretmen eğitimine katkıda bulunması beklenmektedir. Çalışmanın sonucunda araştırmacılara ve öğretmen eğitimi alanındaki uygulayıcılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
