A case with recurrent pyogenic ınfections and neutrophil hypogranulation; caused by uncontrolled diabetes

Diabetes mellitus is a disease that affects many physiological systems. The immune system is one of these and diabetes affects various stages of the immune system. In this case, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus causing serious recurrent pyogenic infections and a reduction in neutrophil granulation is presented.
