Yaratıcı Endüstriler

Küresel ekonominin odağı mamul madde üretiminden hizmet sektörüne kaydıkça bilgiyoğun sektörlere verilen önem artar. Bu makalede bahse konu gelişmelere koşut olarakdemokratikleşme ve refahı artırmak için bireysel yaratıcılığı odağa alan Yaratıcı Endüst-riler kavramı irdelenmektedir. Bireysel yaratıcılığın refah yaratacağı varsayımı üzerindenişletme yazınında ve ekonomi dünyasında yaygın kullanılan inovasyon kavramı ile kesişenYaratıcı Endüstriler, Türkiyede yükseköğretimi dönüştüren pratiklere doğrudan etki etmepotansiyeli taşır. Bunun yanında üzerine inşa edildiği yaratıcılık kavramının ardındakikültürel sorunlar ve bireylerin beklentilerini şekillendiren yeni bir tür öznelliği teklif etmesinedeniyle Yaratıcı Endüstriler çok daha geniş ve disiplinlerarası çalışmaların konusu olma -ya adaydır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiyede istatistikler, ekonomik pratikler ve teşviklerüzerinden yaygınlaşmaya başlayan kavram üzerine farklı bakış açılarını ve eleştirileriyazına kazandırmaktır.

Creative Industries

As the focus of the global economy shifts from production to services, the importanceof knowledge-intensive industries has increased. In this essay creative industries, whichfocus on using individual creativity to flourish prosperity and develop a democratic state,is examined. The creative industries, intersecting with the widely accepted economic andbusiness concept of innovation on the assumption that wealth could be generated byindividual creativity, bear potential to contribute to the transformation of higher educationin Turkey. The creative industries concept is poised to become subject to more broad andinterdisciplinary discussion caused by cultural issues behind creativity which is built onand the offer of new a kind of subjectivity that shapes the expectations of individuals. Theaim of this study is to bring in different viewpoints and critics on this concept which hasalready started to spread through statistics, economical practices and incentives.
