Spinal progressif musküler atrofide anestezi uygulaması (Olgu sunumu)

Bu çalışmada; Werdnig-Hoffmann Hastalığı (Spinal Progressif Musküler Atrofi) olan 5 aylık bir çocuğun sol akciğerindeki yaygın segmenter atelektazi nedeni ile yapılan bronkoskopi için uygulanan anestezide karşılaşılan sorunlar tartışılmıştır.

Anesthetic management of spinal progressive muscle atrophy

In this study, anesthetic problems of a 5 months old infant with Werdnig-Hoffmann Disease (Spinal Progressive Muscle Atrophy) during bronchoscopy performed under general anesthesia for diffuse segmentary atelectasia in the left lung were discussed.
