ANESTHESIA MANAGEMENT OF MORBIDLY OBESE PREGNANT PATIENT WITH OPERATED CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE, SEVERE PULMONARY HYPERTENSION AND VALVULAR HEART DISEASE
Cardiac diseases are among the most important causes of morbidity and mortality during pregnancy. Currently, early diagnosisand successful medical and surgical management of cardiac diseases lead to a significant increase in the number of pregnantswith severe cardiac diseases. Anesthesia management gained more importance in these pregnants due to the increasing frequencyof elder mothers in obstetric patient population whom are prone to have obesity, diabetes mellitus (DM), and systemic diseases inaddition to cardiac diseases. In this case report, we aimed to present anesthesia management of an advanced age pregnant patientwith operated congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension (PHT), severe valve disease, DM, morbid obesity, chronicobstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
