Koroner cerrahisinde stellat gangliyon blokajı

Bu derlemede kardiyak cerrahide stellat gangliyon blokajının (SGB) kullanımı anlatıldı. Stellat gangliyon kardiyak sempatik lifler içerdiğinden stellat gangliyon blokajı kardiyak ve koroner hemodinamikleri etkileyebilir. SGB, koroner cerrahisinde radial arterin spazmını engellemek ve kronik refrakter angina pektorisi tedavi etmek amacıyla kullanılmaktadır.

Stellate ganglion blockade in coronary surgery

The use of stellate ganglion blockade in cardiac surgery is described in this review. Since the stellate ganglion contains cardiac sympathetic nerves, stellate ganglion block (SGB) may influence cardiac and coronary hemodynamics. In coronary surgery, SGB is used to prevent radial artery spasm and also used in the treatment of chronic refractory angina pectoris.
