Koroner arter bypass greftleme cerrahisi geçiren hastalarda görülen gastrointestinal sistem değişiklikleri

Kalp cerrahisi geçiren hastalarda gastrointestinal sistemde (GİS) komplikasyon görülme oranı % 0,3-2'dir. Alt ve üst GİS kanamaları, gastroözefajit, kolit, intestinal iskemi, pankreatit, karaciğer yetmezliği, kolesistit, peptik ülser perforasyonu, divertikülit, intestinal oklüzyon ve/veya bu komplikasyonların kombinasyonu şeklinde görülebilen GİS komplikasyonları nadir olmakla birlikte, yüksek mortalite ile seyretmekte ve postoperatif tüm ölümlerin yaklaşık olarak % 15'inden sorumlu tutulmaktadır. Bu derlemede; gastrointestinal sistem komplikasy onlarının insidansı, doğası, öngörülen risk faktörleri, patogenez ve komplikasy onların değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan diagnostik test ve belirteçler tartışıldı.

Gastrointestinal complications in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery

The incidence of gastrointestinal system (GIS) complications in patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass, changes between 0.3-2 %, include lower and upper GIS bleedings, gastroesophagitis, colitis, intestinal ischemia, pancreatitis, liver failure, cholecystitis, peptic ulcer perforation, diverticulitis, andlor intestinal occlusion. Although these complications are rare they are associated with high mortality and account for nearly 15 % of all postoperative deaths. In this review, the incidence and nature ofGI complications, suggested risk factors, pathogenesis, and the diagnostic tests and markers that are used for determining these complications are discussed.
