Anesthetic management in patients with epidermolysis bullosa: two case reports
Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is a hereditary disease characterized by bullae of the skin and mucosa that arise spontaneously or following trauma. In these patients, all processes associated with anesthesia can cause new lesions, so management should be directed towards as minimal noninvasive monitoring and trauma as possible. Anesthetic management of two cases of epidermolysis bullosa are presented in this report.
