ANESTEZİ CİHAZINDA GÖRÜLEN NİTRÖZ OKSİT KAÇAĞI

Ameliyathane odasında ilk vaka alınmadan önce anestezi cihazı açıldı ve anestezi uygulanmasından önceki otomatik kontrol testi yapıldı. Test sonrası ameliyathane odasında aspiratör sesine benzer bir ses duyuldu. Teknik servis tarafından arızanın sebebi araştırıldığında merkezi gaz sisteminde kapalı olan nitröz oksit manifoltunun açılması sonrası oluşan ani basınç artışının, bağlantının gevşeyerek ayrılmasına neden olduğu bildirildi. Sonuç olarak olgumuzdaki gibi arızaların da olabileceği düşünülmeli ve anestezi ekibi uyanık olmalı. Ayrıca ameliyathane odalarında anestezik gazları ölçen ve sınır değere geldiğinde uyarı verebilen cihazların olması çalışan güvenligi açısından gerekli olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.

NITROUS OXIDE LEAKAGE IN ANESTHESIA DEVICE

Before the entrance of the first patient into operating room, an anesthesia device was switched on, and the self-check was automatically initiated before its use in anesthesia. A sound resembling that of an aspirator device was heard in the operating room after the self-check was completed. When we examined the cause of failure by the technical service center manifold nitrous oxide gas system which is closed in the sudden pressure increase after the opening of the connection has been reported as causing separation by expanding. In conclusion, the anesthesia team should be alert in cases where such malfunctions can occur. Furthermore, the researchers consider it necessary for the operating safety to make available devices that measure anesthetic gases in the operating room and sound alarm when the limits values are exceeded.
