Suriyeli Mültecilerin Entegrasyonunda Konstrüktivist Halkla İlişkilerin Mesaj Geliştirmeye Yönelik Potansiyeli Üzerine Bir Tartışma

Milyonlarca Suriye vatandaşı iç savaş sebebiyle komşu ülkelere göç etmek durumunda kalmıştır. Suriyeli mültecilerin Türkiye’de bulundukları süre uzun süreli, devamlı ve yapısallaşan bir göç örüntüsüne dönüşmüştür. Bu durum entegrasyon süreçlerinin etkin bir şekilde yürütülmesi gerektiğine işaret etmektedir. Açık kapı politikasını göz önünde bulundurarak Türkiye’nin Suriyeli mültecilere karşı cömert ve kabul edici bir tutum içerisinde olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Bu durum başarılı bir entegrasyon sürecinin sağlanabilmesi için kurumsal bir temelin varlığına işaret etmektedir. Öte yandan Suriyeli mültecilerin entegrasyon sürecine dahil olmak üzere motive edilmesi ve Türk toplumunun bu süreçte teşvik edici olması önem taşımaktadır. Bu süreçte entegrasyonun önünde engel teşkil edebilecek öz kültürün kaybına yönelik duyulan anksiyete, yanlış bilgilerin toplumsal kabulü etkilemesi gibi entegrasyonu yavaşlatan, Suriyeli mülteciler ile Türk toplumu arasındaki bilgi dolaşımını azaltan değişkenler söz konusudur. Bu çerçevede çalışma iletişim çalışmalarının bir bileşeni olan halkla ilişkilerin, Suriyeli mültecilerle ilgili entegrasyon faaliyetlerine yönelik potansiyel katkısına odaklanmakta ve Türk toplumunun entegrasyonu teşvik etmesi ve Suriyeli mültecilerin entegrasyon sürecine katılım sağlamaya nasıl motive edilebileceğini Esser’in entegrasyon anlayışı ve konstrüktivist halkla ilişkilerin mesaj geliştirme süreçleri perspektifinden tartışmaktadır.
