TÜRKİYE İLE AVRUPA BİRLİĞİ ÜYESİ 10 EKONOMİNİN ARGE-BÜYÜME İLİŞKİSİ: PANEL VERİ ANALİZİ

Öz Çalışmada Ar-Ge ile büyüme arasındaki ilişki Cobb Douglas üretim fonksiyonuna göre oluşturulan model ile ortaya konmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği üyesi en büyük 10 ekonomi ve Türkiye’nin 1996-2018 verileri analiz edilmiştir. Analizde kullanılan ekonometrik yöntemler ise sabit etkiler modeli, rassal etkiler modeli, GMM ve system GMM’dir. Sonuç olarak büyüme en çok kamunun Ar-Ge harcamaları payındaki artış etkilediği görülmüştür. Kamu Ar-Ge harcamalarının artması büyümeyi diğer değişkenlere oranla daha fazla artırmaktadır.
