TEKNOLOJİYE HAZIR OLMA İLE TEKNOLOJİYE DAYALI BANKACILIK ÜRÜNLERİ VE HİZMETLERİ KULLANIM NİYETİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ: AFGANİSTAN’DA BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Öz Bu çalışmanın amacı, Afganistan’daki banka müşterilerinin ve potansiyel müşterilerin teknolojiye dayalı bankacılık ürün ve hizmetleri için hazır olma durumlarını ölçmek ve teknolojiye hazır olma ile teknolojiye dayalı bankacılık ürün ve hizmetleri kullanım niyeti arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Çalışmanın modeli çerçevesinde altı hipotez geliştirilmiştir. Veriler anket aracılığıyla Afganistan’ın Celalabad şehrinde 204 katılımcıdan toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, teknolojiye hazır olma ve teknolojiye dayalı bankacılık ürün ve hizmetleri kullanım niyeti arasında güçlü, anlamlı ve olumlu ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, teknolojiye hazır olmanın algılanan kullanım kolaylığı ile algılanan fayda üzerinde olumlu ve anlamlı etkileri olduğu saptanmıştır. Algılanan kullanım kolaylığı, algılanan fayda ve teknolojiye dayalı bankacılık ürün ve hizmetleri kullanım niyeti üzerinde olumlu ve anlamlı etkilere sahiptir. Algılanan faydanın, teknolojiye dayalı bankacılık ürün ve hizmetleri kullanım niyeti üzerinde anlamlı ve olumlu etkileri olduğu da bulunmuştur. Çalışma bulguları, Afganistan'daki banka müşterilerinin ve potansiyel müşterilerin teknolojiye dayalı bankacılık ürün ve hizmetlerini kullanmaya hazır olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
