Postpartum psikiyatrik bozukluklar

Postpartum dönemde görülen psikiyatrik bozukluklar doğumun, önemli ve sanılandan daha sık rastlanan bir komplikasyonudur. Çeşitli bozukluklar görülebilmektedir: Postpartum hüzün, postpartum depresyon ve postpartum psikoz. Bu üç grup bozukluk dışında puerperal anksiyete bozuklukları da bu dönemde görülebilmekte ve ciddi sonuçlara yol açabilmektedir. Postpartum dönemde gelişen ruhsal bozuklukların doğum sonrası erken dönemde öngörülmesi, anne, bebek ve aile üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerinin önlenebilmesi, izlenmesi ve tedavisi açısından önem taşımaktadır. Postpartum psychiatric disorders

The postpartum psychiatric disorders are important complications of the birth and they are more common than thought. Different disorders can be seen in the postpartum period; postpartum blues, postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis. In addition to these three groups of disorders, puerperal anxiety can also be seen in this period and it can lead serious results. The prediction of the postpartum psychiatric disorders in the early postpartum period is very important to prevent its negative effects on mother, baby and the family; to monitor and treat of the mother.
