Mirtazapin kullanımına bağlı galaktore: Bir olgu sunumu

Galaktore, her iki memeden kendiliğinden sütlü akıntı gelmesi olarak açıklanır. Birçok hastalığa ve ilaç kullanımına ikincil olarak ortaya çıkabilir. Antidepresanlara bağlı galaktore gelişmesi nadirdir. Noradrenerjik özgül serotonerjik antidepresan (NaSSA) olan mirtazapin kullanımı ile ilişkili hiperprolaktinemi ve galaktore gelişen olgu sayısı oldukça sınırlıdır. Bu yazıda depresif bozukluk tanısıyla mirtazapin kullanırken hiperprolaktinemi ve galaktore gelişen hasta sunulmuştur.

Mirtazapine induced galactorrhea: a case report

Galactorrhea is called milky flow spontaneously coming from each breast. It may happen secondary many diseases and drug usage.Antidepressants induce galactorrhea is rare. There are obviously limited reports on mirtazapine, which is noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant (NaSSA), related hyperprolactinemia and galactorrhea. In this paper a hyperprolactinemia and galactorrhea case is reported due to mirtazapine treatment of depression.
