Hastalık Algısı Ölçeğinin Türkçe uyarlamasının geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışması

Amaç: Bu çalışma Hastalık Algısı Ölçeği'ni Türk toplumuna uyarlayarak, geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğini sağlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı Polikliniği’ne Şubat-Ağustos 2005 tarihleri arasında başvuran 337 hasta oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu, Hastalık Algısı Ölçeği ve ölçüt bağıntılı geçerlilik için Beck Depresyon Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Hastalık Algısı Ölçeği, hastalık tipi, hastalık algısı ve hastalık nedenleri bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Üç bölümün de iç tutarlılık alfa katsayılarının sırasıyla 0.89, 0.69-0.77, 0.25-0.72 olduğu, madde-toplam istatistiklerinin anlamlı düzeyde korele olduğu bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin hastalık tipi bölümünün geçerliliği için t-testi kullanılmış ve geçerliliğin kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur (t=10.49, p
