Elazığ bölgesinde şizofreni tanısı konan hastalarda sanrıların görüngüsel özellikleri

Amaç: Çalışmamızda bölgemiz şizofreni hastalarında sanrı içerik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Toplam 90 şizofren hastada belirlenen 146 sanrı içeriği Huber ve Gros sanrı sınıflandırma sistemine göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Bulgular: Perseküsyon sanrılarının kadın ve erkeklerde en sık rastlanan sanrı içeriğini oluşturduğu, perseküsyon sanrılarını kadınlarda zehirlenme ve kıskançlık, erkeklerde dinsel sanrıların takip ettiği belirlenmiştir. Fiziksel/ruhsal zarar görme sanrısının en sık rastlanan perseküsyon sanrısı alt tipi olduğu, persekütuarın çoğunlukla belirsiz ya da aile bireyleri olduğu saptanmıştır. Tartışma: Sosyokültürel ve sosyoekonomik seviye düşüklüklerinin sanrı çeşitliliğini azalttığı, bazı hastalarda sanrı içeriklerinin Türk İslam kültürünü yansıttığı, kültürel etkilenmenin sanrı içeriği oluşumunda etkin olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Phenomenology of delusions among schizophrenics in Elazığ region

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the delusions of the schizophrenic patients in terms of their contents in Elazığ region. Method: Contents of 146 delusions found in 90 schizophrenic patients were classified by using the classification system developed by Huber and Gross. Results: Persecution was the most frequently mentioned content of delusion in men and in women followed by religious in men and poisoning and jealousy in women. Physical/mental injury was the kind of persecution in delusions of in persecution. Unspecified and family relatives were the types of persecutor in delusions of persecution. Conclusion: It was observed that tow sociocultural and socioeconomic status decreased the types of delusion and that delusional contents in some patients were in accordance with Turkish Islamic Culture. That is, cultural factors seem to have a decisive influence on shaping the contents of delusion.
