YARA YÖNETİMİNDE “TIME” YAKLAŞIM

Öz Kronik yaraların yönetiminde yara durumunun değerlendirilmesinin yanında, yaranın iyileşmesini önleyen moleküler ve hücresel anormalliklerin anlaşılması önem taşımaktadır. Yara yatağı hazırlığı kavramı, doğal iyileşme sürecini etkileyen etmenleri ortadan kaldırma ve ileri terapi tekniklerinin etkilerini arttırmaya yönelik sistematik bir yaklaşım gerektirmektedir. Yara yatağı hazırlığı ile ilgili bu makalede bu kavramların gelişimini ve “TIME”- doku (tissue), enfeksiyon/inflamasyon (infection), nem (moisture) ve yara kenarı (edge) akronimini kullanarak sistematik yara yönetiminin nasıl uygulanacağı açıklanmaktadır.
