PRENATAL STRESİN ANA-ÇOCUK SAĞLIĞI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Öz ÖZETPrenatal dönem; gebeliğin başlangıcından doğum anına kadar geçen dönemdir. Bu dönemde yaşanan fizyolojik ve psikolojik değişimlere annenin yeterli uyum sağlayamaması anneyi kaygı ve stres oluşumu yönünden savunmasız bırakmaktadır. Literatürde prenatal dönemde yaşanan stresin maternal, fetal ve çocuk sağlığı üzerine birçok olumsuz etkisinin olduğu kanıtlanmıştır. Bu nedenle gebelik, doğum ve doğum sonrası sürecin sağlıklı geçirilebilmesi için sağlık profesyonellerinin prenatal strese neden olan faktörler, her bir trimestirde yaşanan değişiklikler, stresin olumsuz sonuçları ve baş etme yolları hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaları ve bu doğrultuda hizmet vermeleri gerekmektedir. Bu derlemede; literatür bilgileri doğrultusunda prenatal dönemde yaşanan stresin nedenleri, anne-bebek-çocuk sağlığı üzerine olan etkileri, başa çıkma yolları ve prenatal stres durumunda verilecek hemşirelik bakımına yönelik bilgiler verilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Prenatal dönem; gebelik; çocuk; stres; hemşirelikABSTRACTEffect of Prenatal Stress on Maternal- Child Health Prenatal period is the period, lasting from the beginning of pregnancy to the moment of the birth. Not sufficient orientation of mother to the psychosocial changes in this period gets her vulnerable in terms of concerns and stress.  In the literature, prenatal stress has been proven to have many negative effects on maternal, fetal and child health.  Thus, health professions should have the knowledge about factors causing prenatal stress, changes in each trimester, negative results of the stress and ways to cope with it to conduct healthly  pregnancy, birth and postpartum period, and they should serve in this direction. In this review, the knowledges about the reason of stress in prenatal period, its effects on health of mother-baby-child, ways to cope with it, and the nursing care in the case of prenatal stress are given in the direction of kno
