OREM’İN ÖZ BAKIM YETERSİZLİK KURAMI VE POSTTRAVMATİK EPİLEPSİDE HEMŞİRELİK BAKIMI

Öz ÖZETBu vaka çalışması “Posttravmatik epilepsi (PTE)” tanısı ile acil servise başvuranadölesan dönemindeki hastanın hemşirelik bakım yönetiminin Orem’in “Öz Bakım YetersizlikKuramı’na” göre sunulması amacıyla planlanmıştır. Kuramın her basamağı hastanın verileriüzerinden özetlenmiştir.Hastanın öz bakım gereksinimlerini üç temel faktör etkilemiştir: adölesan dönemde olma,PTE tanısı alma, nöbetlerin özellikleri. Each step of the theory will be summarized in accordance with the patient data.Three main factors influenced the patient’s self care needs; being in the adolescent stageof growth and development, having a diagnosis of PTE and the characteristics of his seizures.Nursing interventions described as they related to the patient’s data.Keywords: Self-care, adolescent, posttraumatic epilepsy, nursing care
