Çilek küllemesi hastalığı etmeni ve mücadele olanakları üzerine son gelişmeler

ÖZ: Bu derlemede çilek yetiştiriciliğinin önemli sorunlarından birisi olan çilek küllemesi hastalığına neden olan etmenin moleküler yöntemle tanısı, etmenin taksonomisi, isimlendirilmesi, konukçu dizisi, biyolojisi, fungisitler ve bazı alternatif kimyasallarla mücadelesi dünyada ve Türkiye’ de yapılan güncel çalışmalar dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir. Hastalık etmeninin (Podosphaera aphanis) çilek dışında başka konukçularının da olabildiği, çilek bahçelerinde görülen 8 farklı türde yabancı otun bu etmene konukçuluk yapmadığına dikkat çekilmiştir. Derlemede, Hastalığın mücadelesinde sistemik ve klasik fungisitlerin dışında çeşitli alternatif maddelerle mücadele olanaklarının başarılı olabileceğini gösteren araştırmalara yer verilmiştir.

Recent studies on causal agent of strawberry powdery mildew disease and management possibilites

ABSTRACT: In this article, identification of the pathogen with molecular methods, its taxonomy and biology, list of hosts and control of strawberry powdery mildew by means of fungicides and also alternative chemicals were rewieved, considering the recent studies in the world and Turkey. It has been emphazied that causal agent, Podosphaera aphanis, hosts on some plants other than strawberry. However; 8 different weed species found in the vicinity of the strawberry fields do not serve for the pathogen as potential host plants. It referred also that many alternative chemicals other than systemic and classical fungicides could be used effectively for the control of the powdey mildew.
