Bazı ekmeklik buğday genotiplerinin tane verimi ile kalite özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiler ve stabilite yetenekleri

Bu araştırmada 20 ekmeklik buğday genotipi 2009-2010 yetiştirme sezonunda 3 çevrede ekilmiştir. Genotipler tane verimi ve 15 farklı kalite özelliği yönüyle analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler varyans analizi, biplot ve korelasyon analizi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Varyans analizine göre tane verimi (TV), hektolitre ağırlığı (HKT), protein oranı (PO), kuru gluten oranı (KGL), sertlik (SRT), zeleni sedimantasyon (ZLN), gluten indeksi oranı (GİN), analiz sonu pik yüksekliği (CV), orta çizgi altı alanı (mCI) ile çevreler arasındaki farklılıklar önemli bulunmuştur. İncelenen tüm özellikler açısından (TV, BNT, HKT, PO, KGL, SRT, ZLN, yaş gluten (YGL), pik zamanı (PKT), pik yüksekliği (PKV), sağ pik eğimi (RPS), pik alanı (CI), genotipler arasındaki farklılıklar önemli bulunmuştur. The relationship between grain yield and quality characteristics of some bread wheat genotypes and stability potential

In this study, 20 bread wheat genotypes were sown in three different environmental locations during the growing season 2009-2010. Genotypes were analyzed according to the grain yield and 15 different quality characteristics.. The obtained data were evaluated by variance analysis and correlation analysis and biplot. Grain yield (TV), hectoliter weight (HKT), protein content (PO), dry gluten content (KGL), hardness (SRT), zeleni sedimentation (ZLN), gluten index ratio (GIN), the analysis end peak height (CV), differences among environments with area under the midline (MCI) were found significant. İn the light of examined characteristics (TV, BNT, HKT, PO, KGL, SRT, ZLN, wet gluten (YGL), peak time (PKT), peak height (PKV), right peak slope (RPS), peak area (CI), differences among the genotypes were found significant. Genotypes in the group PC1>0 were found as high yielding varieties (Tosunbey, Karahan, and line 14, 1, 12, 18, 11, 17) with high quality traits. While genotypes in the group PC1<0 were found as varieties (Gerek, 2, 7, 8, 3 numbered lines) with low yield and low quality traits. Genotypes with PC2 value is close to zero found to be stable; however, genotypes with absolute value is greater than zero were determined as unstable. Characters were distributed in three groups in biplot graph. The groups were found as follow; First group: Genotypes with PCA1 value is greater than zero (CV, HKT, ZLN, CI, TV, GIN, RPS, PCT); Second group: Genotypes with PCA1 value is smaller than zero (YGL, PO, SRT, KGL), and third group: Genotypes were distributed independently between two groups (PKV, BNT , MCI). The correlation between grain yield and quality traits were found significantly diffrent, and correlation between most of miksograf parameters were also found to be significantly important.
