Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ve Yönetim Teorisi

Bu çalışma Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin (TKY) hem kuramsal bütünlüğünü hem de yönetim teorisi ile olan ilişkisini genel olarak ve bazı başlıklar altında irdelemektedir. Yapılan çalışmalar göstermektedir ki Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) kuramı ve uygulamaları büyük ölçüde yönetim teorisi kapsamında kalmaktadır. Bunun yanında Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin (TKY) özgün katkıları da bulunmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, yönetim teorisi Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) uygulamalarından yararlanmalıdır.

Total Quality Management and the Administration Theory

This article discuss the theoretical position of the Total Quality Management (TQM) and its relation with the Administration Theory. For the author the studies which were conducted until today show that TQM theory drops in a large extent within the field of administration theory while it also make contributions to the field. In that context it is reached that administration theory must benefit from TQM practices.
