Endemik Alyssum dudleyi Adıgüzel & R.D. Reeves Türünün Klonal Çoğaltımı
Alyssum dudleyi Adıgüzel & R.D.Reeves tıbbi aromatik bitki olarak bilinen, Brassicaceae ailesi içerisinde yer alan ülkemize endemik bir tür olup eski zamanlardan beri geleneksel ilaç olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Alyssum dudleyi Adıgüzel & R.D.Reeves türünün mikroçoğaltımı amacıyla bitki büyüme düzenleyicilerinden BA (0, 0.5, 1 ve 1.5 mg/L) ve GA3’ün (0, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mg/L) farklı kombinasyonlarını içeren MS besi ortamı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bitkiciklerin köklendirilmesi amacıyla farklı konsantrasyonlarda IBA ((Indole-3-butyric acid) 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 ve 2 mg/L)) içeren MS ortamı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, en yüksek sürgün çoğaltım oranı %42 ile 0.5 mg/L BA + 0.2 mg/L GA3 içeren MS ortamdan elde edilirken, en iyi köklenme %20 oranla 1 mg/L IBA içeren MS ortamından elde edilmiştir.
Clonal Propagation of Endemic Alyssum dudleyi Adıgüzel & R.D. Reeves
Alyssum dudleyi Adıgüzel & R.D.Reeves is known as medicinal and aromatic plant. Alyssum dudleyi Adıgüzel & R. D. Reeves is a plant which is endemic to Turkey in the Brassicaceae family. This species is used in folk medicine for the ancient time. In this study, Alyssum dudleyi Adıgüzel & R.D.Reeves were micropropagated using MS media containing different combination of plant growth regulators; BA (0, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mg/L) and GA3 (0, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mg/L) for propagation, IBA(Indole-3-butyric acid) 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 mg/l) for rooting. The MS medium supplemented with 0,5 mg/L BA and 0,2 mg/L GA3 (Gibberellic acid) showed highest percentage of shoot multiplication with 42% and efficient rooting was observed MS medium containing 1 mg/L IBA with 20% response from shoot tip explant.
