Safra kesesi duvarında kistik heterotopik gastrik mukoza: Bir olgu sunumu
Safra kesesinde kistik heterotopik gastrik mukoza seyrek görülür.
Cystic mass with heterotopic gastric mucosa next to gallbladder: A case report
Presence of heterotopic gastric mucosa in the gallbladder is a rare condition. By compressing the common bile duct, heterotopic tissue may cause obstructive jaundice. In this respect gastric heterotopia should be considered in differential diagnosis of unexplained biliary disorders. Because of malign potential of heterotopic tissue, surgical treatment should be performed if suspected. In this case report we presented a patient diagnosed a scystic mass with heterotopic gastric mucosa at the inner surface and localized on the gall bladder wall.
