İntestinal lenfanjiektazi ve fonksiyonel duodenal lenfanjiektazi (Bir vaka nedeniyle)

Üst gastrointestinal endoskopisi ve duodenum mukozasından alınan biyopsi örneklerinin histopatolojik incelemesi intestinal lenfanjiektazi ile uyumlu 42 yaşında bir kadın hasta sunuldu. Ancak intestinal lenfanjiektazinin klinik ve biyokimyasal özelliklerini taşımıyordu. Fonksiyonel duodenal lenfanjiektazi olarak kabul edildi.

Intestinal lymphangiectasia and functional duodenal lymphangiectasia (Case report)

A case of a 42-year-old woman is presented, in whom the endoscopic and histological findings of intestinal lymphangiectasia were noted, despite absence of clinical and biochemical features of this entity. Diagnosis was functional duodenal lymphangiectasia.
