YATIRIMCI İLİŞKİLERİ YÖNETİMİNDE İLETİŞİM VE BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİNİN ROLÜ: İMKB 50 ENDEKSİ UYGULAMASI

Öz Geleneksel yönetim anlayışının yetersiz hale geldiği günümüz iş dünyasında işletmeler paydaşlarına karşı en hızlı ve en etkin tepkiyi vererek ilişkilerini sürdürebilir kılmanın ve uzun vadede varlığını sürdürebilmenin yollarını aramaktadır. Ancak gerek zaman gerekse kaynak kısıtı işletmelerin birebir paydaşlarına tepki vermesini zorlaştırmaktadır. Ayrıca işletme ile benzer konularda ilişki içinde olan paydaşlar birbirlerinden etkilenebilmektedir. Bu nedenle işletmelerin oluşan paydaş ağlarını iyi analiz etmesi ve bu paydaş gruplarını yönetebilmesi gerekmektedir. Paydaşlarla ilişkilerin yönetilmesinde ise iletişim ve bilgi teknolojileri büyük önem taşımakta ve işletmelere kolaylıklar sağlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmamızda işletmelerin finansal paydaşlarla ilişkisi ve bu ilişkide işletmelerin web sitelerinin önemi üzerinde durularak İMKB Ulusal-50’de endeksinde yer alan işletmelerin web siteleri incelenmiştir.
