HEKİMLERİN KURUMSAL BAĞLILIK DÜZEYLERİNİ ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLERİN İNCELENMESİ

Kurumsal bağlılık çalışanların bir kuruma karşı hissettiği bağlılık derecesini ifade eden bir kavramdır. Bu araştırmada hekimlerin kurumsal bağlılık düzeylerini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlamıştır. Araştırma evrenini Samsun Sahra Sıhhiye Okulu ve Eğitim Merkez Komutanlığında yedek subaylık temel eğitimi alan hekimler oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket yöntemi kullanlmıştır. Toplam 298 anket dağıtılmış ve geri dönüş oranı %79 (n=235) olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Organizational commitment means the extent of workers loyalty with his/her organization. In this study, it was aimed to identify factors affecting the level of physicians’ organziational commitment. The research has been carried out with physicians recruited to Ministry of Defense Samsun Military Medical Command to perform compulsory military service. A questionnaire was used as data collection method. A total of 298 questionnaires were distributed, but 235 (79%) returned.
