Üniversitelerde Sosyal Girişimcilik: Fırsatlar ve Öneriler
Öz
Ekonomik,
sosyal ve çevre ile ilgili toplumsal sorunlar her geçen gün artmaktadır. Sosyal
girişimcilik, toplumsal sorunlara yönelik girişimcilik ilkeleri çerçevesinde çözümler
üretmek olarak açıklanmaktadır. Sosyal girişimciler, toplumun değerlerini
dikkate alarak toplumun ihtiyaçlarını belirlemekte, sosyal ve ekonomik
dönüşümleri başlatmaktadırlar. Bunu başarabilmeleri için güçlü bir ekosisteme
ihtiyaç duyarlar. İnovatif temelli ekonomilerin diğer ekonomilere göre sosyal
problemleri daha kolay çözmeleri beklenir. Toplumsal sorunların çözümünde
sosyal girişimcilik eğitimi önemli rol oynar. Sosyal girişimcilik eğitiminin nasıl
yapılacağı ve sosyal girişimci olarak üniversitelerin rolleri son zamanlarda birçok
araştırmacı tarafından tartışılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, üniversitelerde sosyal
girişimcilik eğitimi ve sosyal girişimcilik becerilerinin nasıl
geliştirilebileceği ve yaygınlaştırılabileceği ile ilgili öneriler sunulmuştur.
