ALMANYA’DA GÜVENCELİ-ESNEKLİK UYGULAMALARI

Bu çalışma, Avrupa’nın işgücü piyasalarında ihtiyaç duyulan esnekliği sağlamak amacıyla geliştirilen ve Danimarka önderliğinde hayata geçirilen, güvenceli-esneklik işgücü piyasası yapısının, Almanya’da ulusal piyasa yapısına ve toplumsal kabullere uygun olarak uygulamaya konulma şeklinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda, Almanya’nın güvenceli-esneklik uyarlaması sonucu ulusal işgücü piyasasında sağlanan dönüşüm süreciyle işsizlik oranlarında elde edilen başarılı sonuçlar incelenmiştir.

FLEXICURITY IMPLEMENTATIONS IN GERMANY

This study aims to examine the way in which the flexicurity labour market structure, laid down in order to provide the flexibility needed in the European labour market and implemented in Denmark’s leadership, is put into practice in accordance with the national market structure and social acceptances in Germany. In this context, the successes achieved in unemployment rates have been examined through the transformation process provided by the national labour market, which is the result of Germany’s flexicurity adaptation.
