Bucu -Kılbaş (Adana) Bölgesinin Jeolojisi ve Petrol İmkânları

Etüd sahası Adana'nın takriben 30 km. kadar kuzeyinde ve Seyhan nehri doğusundadır. En yüksek arazi 375-400 m. rakımlıdır. Bu sahada Tersier ve Kuaterner arazileri vardır, Tersier tabakaları Miosen ve Pliosen yaşında olmak üzere ayrılabilmiştir.

Geological Study and Oil Possibilities of the Bucu-Kılbaş (Adana) Region

The surveyed area is situated about 30 km, north of Adana and to the east of the Seyhan River the highest elevations being 375-400 m. There are Tertiary and Quaternary formations in this area. The Tertiary has been distinguished as the Miocene and Pliocene deposits.
