Kazanç paylaşım planları

İşletmelerde geliştirilmeye çalışılan tüm sistemlerin ortak özelliği, personelin ekonomik ve sosyal gereksinmelerini azami ölçüde karşılamak suretiyle daha yetkin, yaratıcı ve çok yönlü çalışan profilini oluşturmaktır. Ücretleme sistemi de bu anlamda özellikle alt basamak çalışanların çok hassasiyetle yaklaştıkları önemli bir ekonomik güdü kaynağıdır. Dolayısıyla, tüm çalışanların maddi kazançlarını belirli ölçülerde arttıracak ve çalışanın ücreti üzerindeki bireysel kontrolünü sağlayacak yeni ve farklı ücretleme tekniklerine olan ihtiyaç ve beklentiler artmaktadır. Bu çerçevede kazanç paylaşım planı, ücretlendirme sistemindeki açıkları kapatmak, daha esnek ve adil bir ücretlendirme sistemi yaratmak, özellikle içeriğindeki işleyiş sistematiği ile çalışana kendi ücreti üzerindeki kontrol sağlamak amacını güden ve geniş işgören gruplarına yönelik hazırlanan önemli bir ücretlendirme tekniğidir. Bu makale, kazanç paylaşım planının tasarımı ve uygulanması ile ilgili teorik bazda bilgiler içermektedir.

Kazanç paylaşım planları

The systems improved by many organizations have common characteristics such as maximizing the emloyees economic and social needs in order to create more competent, creative and multi-functional personal profile. Compensation system is an economic motive that the employees are so sensible. Consequently, the needs and expectations about increasing the employees salaries and build a self-control mechanism on pay system become more important for the organizations. So, the gainsharing plans help the firms to overcome gaps in the pay system, to constitute flexible compensation mechanism and especially according to it's self mentality, help employees to maintaion the level of salary to be earned. This article try to explain the theoric knowledges about the design and implementation issues about gainsharing plans.
