İŞ TATMİNİ, PERFORMANS, İŞ STRESİ VE İŞTEN AYRILMA NİYETİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLERİN İNCELENMESİ: HASTANE ÖRNEĞİ

Bu araştırma Elazığ ilinde bir devlet hastanesinde görev yapan hastane çalışanlarının performansı, iş stresi, iş tatmini ve işten ayrılma niyetleri arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada performans üzerinde iş tatmini ve iş stresinin etkileri de sorgulanmıştır. Bunun yanında araştırmada işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde; iş tatmini, iş stresi ve performansın etkileri sorgulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda hastanede görev yapan 196 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma anket esasına dayalı kesitsel bir araştırmadır. Algılanan Stres Ölçeği, Minnesota İş Tatmini Anketi, İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Ölçeği ve Performans Ölçeği veri toplamak için kullanılmıştır. 5’li Likert ölçeğine göre değerlendirildiğinde iş tatmini ortalaması 3,29, performans ortalaması 4,25 ve iş stresi ortalaması 2,74 ve işten ayrılma niyeti ortalaması 2,28 bulunmuştur. Çalışanların, performans, iş tatmini, iş stresi ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. İş tatmini ve iş stresinin, performansın önemli birer belirleyicisi olduğu; performansın ise işten ayrılma niyetinin önemli bir belirleyicisi olduğu bulunmuştur.

ANALYSING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION, PERFORMANCE, JOB STRESS AND THE INTENTION TO LEAVE: HOSPITAL CASE

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between performance, job stress, job satisfaction and the intention to leave among hospital staff in a public hospital in Elazığ. In addition to this, this study analyzes both the impacts of job satisfaction and job stress on performance of hospital staff and the effects of job satisfaction, job stress and performance on personnel’s intention to leave. The research includes 196 staff and it is based on questionnaire and cross sectional study. The Perceived Stress Scale, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, Intention to Leave Questionnaire and Employee Performance Scale are used for data collection. When evaluated with 5 point Likert Scale, the means of job satisfaction, performance, job stress, and intention to leave are found 3,29, 4,25, 2,74, 2,28 respectively. It is found that there is a significant relationship between performance, job satisfaction, job stress and the intention to leave. It is found that job satisfaction and job stress are significant predictors for performance, and performance is a significant predictor for the intention to leave.
