TÜRKİYE BAYAN HENTBOL LİGİNDE OYNAYAN HENTBOLCULARIN FİZİKSEL VE FİZYOLOJİK PROFİLLERİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı; 1994-1995 Türkiye Bayan Hentbol Ligi sonunda lig 1. si, Lig 6. sı ve Lig 9. su olan takımlardaki toplam 36 sporcunun fiziksel ve fizyolojik profillerinin belirlenmesi ile takımlar ve pozisyonlar arasında karşılaştırmalar yapmaktır. Toplam 36 sporcu çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılmıştır.

THE PHYSICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL PREOFILES OF FEMALE PLAYERS PLAYING IN THE TURKISH HANDBALL LEAGUE

The purpose of this study was to assess the physical and physiological profiles of Turkish Female Handball players of teams who participated into league and ranked in 1 st, 6 th, 9 th places at the and of 1994-1995 season. In addition a comparison was done between teams and the players positions. A total of 36 female handball payers in Turkish Femela Handball League were voluntarily participated into this study.Statistical analysis were done by using paired t-test and ANOVAPhysical and physiological characteristics of all subjects were as follows; height 168.78 cm. weight 59.35 kg, resting HR 66.75 beat/min, systolic blood pressure 104.85 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure 64.25 mmHg, anaerobic power 82.04 kgmlsec, Max V02 40.11ml/kg/min, vital capacity 4.04 It, 20 m. sprint 3.36 sec, body fat percent 20.44, flexibilitiy 31.14 cm, leg strenght 71.36 kg, handgripping; right 39.91 kg, left 27.31 kg, respectively. There were significant differences between 1 st place - 6 th place teams on resting heart rate, right and left handgripping, max V02 and body fat percent. There were also significant differences on leg streght scores of 6 th place and 9 th place, the other parameters 1 st place-9th place of and 9 th place-6th place did not show significant differences. It was found that there were similarities between result of this study and ranking positions of teams in League.  Comparison of the female hadball players in terms of positions showed some differences such as; playmakers had better results than wing players (P<0.05). Resting heart rate was significantly lower in playmakers than wings (P<0.01), pivots and goal keepers (P<0.05). In adition, the lowest body, fat percent level was shon in playmaker compared to other players (P<0.01).
