Sosyal Bir Etkileşim Süreci Olarak Bilgi Yönetimi ve Bilgi Yönetimi Süreci

Knowledge management (KM) is one of the hottest topics in management scholarship.Scholars investigate KM in the perspective of information management, organizational learning and change. However, KM is also a social concept involving social knowledge creation and knowledge process management of firms. In this review article, we explain the social perspective of KM. We argue that the view of KM can be expanded by considering "social knowledge" and its creation and processes in the organization.
