MAĞDUR ÇOCUKLARLA ADLİ MÜLAKAT TEKNİKLERİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı; çocuk mahkemeleri, çocuk cezaevleri ve ceza adalet sistemindeki diğer kuruluşlarda çalışan meslek elemanlarının suç mağduru çocukla gerçekleştireceği mülakatın nasıl olması gerektiğini tartışmaktır. Çalışma çocuk ceza adalet sisteminde çalışan meslek elemanlarının daha nitelikli mülakatlar gerçekleştirebilmeleri için onlara kılavuzluk etmeyi hedeflenmektedir. Çocuk ceza adalet sisteminde çalışan meslek elemanları özellikle suç mağduru çocuklarla çalışırken mülakatta zorlanmaktadır. Bunun nedeni ise konunun hassasiyeti ve çocuğun örselenmeden mülakatın gerçekleştirilmeye çalışılmasıdır. Bu çalışma “suç mağduru çocuklar ile sağlıklı mülakat nasıl gerçekleşmeli, mülakat yaparken nelere dikkat edilmeli?” sorularının cevabını aramaktadır.

Forensic Interviewing Techniques with Child Victims

The purpose of this study is to discuss how should the interview be conducted by the professionals in the child courts, children’s prisons, and other institutions under the criminal justice system, with children who are victims of crime. This study aims at guiding the professionals who work under the juveniles’ criminal justice system for realizing more qualified interviews. The professionals under the juveniles’ criminal justice system have difficulties with especially interviews in working with the children who are victims of crime. This is because the subject is sensitive and the interview must be done without giving any harm to the child. This study seeks for answers to the questions such as “how healthy interviews could be conducted with children who are victims of crime? What should be taken into consideration in making interviews?”
