Family Mediation

Although it has recently become a current legal issue in our country, mediation dates back to at least 30 years ago in developed countries. Mediation practice started around late 1970’s in Britain, and its origins in USA dates even before. This study examines the family mediation dimension of the phenomenon which is assumed to be implemented in every single field where human relations and interaction prevail. The study is comprised of the rationale of family mediation, conceptual explanations and the process of practice.
