“İş Tatmini ve İş Performansının Yeni Öncülü: Temel Benlik Değerlendirmesi”

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; temel benlik değerlendirmenin, işgörenlerin iş tatmini ve iş performansı ile ilişkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın hipotezleri, Ankara’da bilişim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren büyük ölçekli üç ayrı işletmede çalışan toplam 112 beyaz yakalı işgören üzerinde test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, temel benlik değerlendirmesinin işgörenlerin iş tatmini ve iş performansını anlamlı derecede yordadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında, temel benlik değerlendirmenin iş tatminini açıklama gücünün, iş performansına göre daha fazla olduğu bulunmuştur
