Okula Bağlılık Ölçeğinin Türkçeye Uyarlanması

Okula bağlılık “okul ile ilgili okul içinde ve dışındaki etkinliklere katılma, okulun hedeflerine değer verme ve kendini okul ile özdeşleştirme” olarak açıklanabilir. Alanyazın, özerklik, ait olma, yeterlilik gibi psikolojik ihtiyaçlar karşılandığında okula bağlılığın üç farklı boyutta gerçekleştiğine işaret etmektedir. Bu boyutlar; duyuşsal, davranışsal ve bilişsel bağlanma olarak ifade edilebilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel ve Paris (2005) tarafından geliştirilen ve üç boyuttan oluşan Okul Bağlılığı Ölçeği’nin Türkçe formunun psikometrik özelliklerini incelemektir. Öncelikle dil geçerliği, yakınsak ve ıraksak ölçek geçerliği çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonrasında, Aydın ili merkez ilçesinde 2014 Bahar döneminde eğitim gören 515 (kız n=261, erkek n=254) öğrenci katılmıştır. Katılımcıların belirlenmesinde uygun örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, üç boyutta kurgulanan ölçeğe ilişkin hipotez model ve veri seti arasında yeterli uyumun olduğunu göstermiştir (χ2=618.90, sd=49, χ2/sd=4.15, CFI=.96, SRMR=.05). Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi için çapraz geçerleme sonuçları da model uyumunun iyi olduğunu göstermektedir. Ölçek maddelerinin madde toplam korelasyonları 0.33-0.67 arasındadır. Ölçeğin tüm maddeleri %27’lik alt ve üst gruplarını ayırt etmede yeterlidir. Ölçeğin iç tutarlılık değerleri için hesaplanan Cronbach alfa, davranışsal boyut için 0.68’den, McDonald omega katsayıları ise 0.74’ten yüksektir. Test tekrar test güvenirliği sonuçları 0.70 ile 0.79 arasındadır. Sonuç olarak ölçek üç boyutta okul bağlılığı değerlendirmede yeterli, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçektir.
